I haven't posted in awhile & was surprised to read that some of you are moving on. Good luck to all of you & thanks for all your encouragement & support.
I was trying some new WOE like the "no/low carb" thing & in the past 3 weeks have gained about 8#. So starting this last Mon & am back to my WW programme and feel much better. Those other diets sound great but I found eating so much fatty stuff & lots of meat I just felt kinda yukky & the weight kept going up.
Anyway, I am back on track & hope there are still some members left to post with.
