This thread is a continuation from previous years. I didnt follow thru in 2025 and only lost .6 lb. Not good. I have the same starting weight this year 180, and the same goal, 1 lb per week. I hope to succeed this year.

If anyone wants to join me, state your starting weight and your goal, and Good Luck to us all!

Okay, so my official staeting weight is a little higher than first thought. Im blaming that in the sauerkraut.

Hi Carol!
I am glad to see you are back! How are you? I am still maintaining my weight loss. I saw last year's post and I am just a few pounds less than I was then. I just want to not gain and of course would be happy losing a few more pounds. My goal again is to get to 144 so I can officially say I've lost 120 pounds!!
