Hey guys my friend wont shut up about these detox drinks with green juice lemon and ginger she claims she lost 7lbs in a week but im scared its just hype anyone here actually tried these detox drinks and got real results or just ended up with stomach cramps cause i need to drop some weight fast but dont wanna get sick is it worth it or should i just stick to normal lemon water at least thats safe share your stories pls.

Most detox drinks = water + veggies/fruit. They might be refreshing, but they don’t magically burn fat.
