Default Losing 40lbs

Hello,
I've lost a lot of weight, but the rest is going to be a little tougher. I'm trying to figure out what is the best approach to losing 40 more pounds. My job gives me a little workout, I do lawncare/landscaping.
I hover around 220-225lbs, and I'm 6'1". I eat once a day, usually around 4pm. For breakfast I have 2 cups of coffee. I don't eat until dinner, and that's around 4pm. I may snack up until 8pm, ideally.

I started off at about 295-300lbs.

Exercise:
I now lift in the mornings; I work my biceps(20 reps) and traps(200 reps). I also do 20 sit-ups every morning.
I don't do any other exercise, other than hitting golf balls at the range, usually once a week.

My Foods I usually eat one of these items for dinner)
I do eat pretty good when I do eat dinner. No oil fried foods. My general diet consists of:
Pizza(Marcos beef and cheese), with air fried fries.
Beef fried rice(order out and that I cook).
Air fried chicken with rice(I cook).
Greens(collards), potatoes and string beans or air fried chicken( that I cook).
BK-whopper with cheese with air fried fries that I air fry(usually once or twice a month, but not consistent).

This is really cool to be honest! I'm also losing weight with my friend. My friend recently found out that she has diabetes and she was advised to Buy Ozempic Online. It's very sad to be honest because it happened because of fatty foods, fast foods and the like. So now we want to overcome his addiction together and mine too since I also really like sweets and fast food. Wish us luck

Smile I want to lose 132 lbs

Hi everyone! I'm Ana, and I'm here to share an important goal with you all. I want to lose 132 lbs – this is a big challenge, but I'm ready for it!

I started my weight loss journey last week, focusing on healthy eating and exercise. I haven't weighed myself yet because I want to avoid obsessing over numbers right away. My plan is to lose 6-9 lbs per month, aiming to reach my goal in 15-18 months.

If anyone else is on a similar journey, let’s support each other! Tips, motivation, and shared experiences are welcome.

That's a fantastic goal to have! It takes a lot of courage to share a journey like this, and it's great that you're looking for support.

It's completely normal to feel like it's a big challenge, but remember that the most important thing is to create a plan that works for you. Before you start any new diet or exercise routine, it's always a good idea to talk to a doctor or a registered dietitian to make sure it's a safe and healthy plan for your body. The support from this community will help a lot along the way!

First off—congrats 🎉 on losing nearly 70–80 lbs already! That’s a huge achievement, and it shows you’ve built consistency. Losing another 40 lbs is definitely possible, but at this stage, progress often slows down, so little tweaks matter more.

Losing that much weight is huge — great job! It seems like your routine is solid with lifting and staying active at work. Balancing nutrition, consistent activity, and tracking your progress can really make the next 40lbs more achievable. You can check out more here if you’re curious about how Zone3000 used BetterMe for Business to boost wellness and performance: https://betterme.world/articles/how-...-for-business/ — it’s interesting to see how structured support can help people stay motivated and consistent, which applies to personal fitness too.
