Well good morning ladies. Glad everyone is doing well. I had a gain yesterday at ww, but it's that special time, so i'm not worried about it. I also know that i didn't write everything down, but i did record my points, So this week, i'm doing both again to see if that makes a difference. I went to be last night at 7:00 p.m.. Tuckered, probably cuz i was up at 2 am. Should of exercised yesterday, but i couldn't get out of bed. I'm enjoying doing my meeting durning the day, and then going home right after work. We got rid of the 7 puppies that our dog KC had. Most of you don't know about that, cuz i've been so on and off of this thing lately. I almost bought the dr. phil book, 18.50 at meijers. I agree that you have to keep up on this thing. If i've learned anything it's that. The weight can sneak up on you so fast, you don't know what hits ya. I've also made a long time goal for myself, and i feel like i can make it. It will take time. But staying focus is such the key, and figuring out why we eat what we eat. I do want to tell you ladies about the new veggie bowls, meijers had them for 2.49. Has 4 servings in them, but I'm eating the whole thing for lunch. Broc and cheese, califlower and cheese, just 4 points for the whole thing, and with the cheese it fills you up, and plus you get lots of veggies in. Am i sounding like a ww meeting now.
