Hello all... I am super nervous. My coach and I decided since I am stalled around 95-97 lbs gone it would be best to phase down and I am looking to start back up in January to drop 25-30 more ( Lord willing ) I am excited but extremely nervous. I know I have to keep the right mind set but I am interested in others journeys. I would love tips, tricks and advice please. I am 5' 10" and started this diet Feb 3rd. My starting weight was 321 and I am weighing around 227 right now ( keeps going between 224-227 ) I would love to be under 200 and maintain that after all is said and done. Good luck! And congrats! That's wonderful. It really does work. I am also looking for forums to keep motivated. I think about everyone has moved to places like Facebook. I am going to start back soon and am in the studying stage. I have found the new Phase 1 sheet, but can't find the new Phase 2 and 3 sheets. I don't live near a clinic, so I have been researching and have found a couple of online clinics; one even allows buying product without joining. So I am excited.
