Default Back again!

Hello all -- I haven't been here in years but I'm back and hoping to get back into the swing of the weight loss thing. Years ago I started out at about 330lbs and got down to 280, though in 2015 suffered a couple of injuries and the lack of mobility as I was healing meant weight gain. I got up to 354, my highest, right before surgery, but am down to 336 as of today. Had some physical therapy after the surgery and since then have become more mobile, but it's taken a long time so the weight loss has been slow.

My real problem is that my injured left foot still isn't that great. I have a pedometer and have learned that any day over 3500 steps (which isn't much at all) means a swollen foot and major pain the next day, which PT only mitigates so much.

That's why my goal is to work on diet more than exercise for now, and hopefully more time doing my daily PT will mean better foot and ankle strength.

Nice to see you all again!
