Hi Ali! We have similar stats and a similar timeline! My 30th class reunion is the first weekend of August, so yes, a girl can dream! What got me re-re-re-re-re-re-motivated is seeing one of those "On this day last year" posts YESTERDAY. I was at 145 which was 5 pounds over my goal, and ten pounds over my lowest IP weight (my coach had me get five below goal), and still thought "I looked so tiny!". Also, in my mind, it felt more like two years since I was in that weight range not "only" one, so that, and it being the first of the month AND being my WI day, I'm reeeeeeeeaaaallllly trying to take it seriously this re-re-re-re-re-re-re boot!
Yesterday was a decent first day...I did drink a weak vodka and soda while we watched an episode of Guy Fieri's Road Trip or Family Vacation or something like that, only because he was doing a crawfish boil at a friend's house in Louisiana! But see, that's where I'll always make an excuse and "enable" myself. There is zero reason I could not have just had soda water with lime and powered through. Ah well, the scale was down .8, yes POINT EIGHT this morning! HA! But I'll take it! I'm going to try to not use the word "only" in terms of losses, and probably more importantly in terms of UP TICKS!
Oh, if you haven't noticed, the board is QUITE slow these days, thanks to FB groups, which have their purpose but honestly, I find myself going back and reading OLD threads here, just to keep my head in the game.
