Default Tab, Fresca, and pickles?

All 3 of these things really help me stay on track and stick to my 1,200 calorie diet. The soda is really filling, and the pickles help with my cravings. I am not pregnant, I just really like pickles. The soda has 0 calories, and a pickle only has 10.

Does anyone else eat or drink any of these things to stay on track?

The only thing I'm worried about are the pickles. While 2 pickles only have 20 calories, they have over 800 milligrams of sodium. So I'm kind of worried about water weight. And I know it's bad to drink diet soda, but it really does help, along with high protein low cal foods like tuna and eggs.

I would say, keep doing what is working for YOU. Yeah, diet soda is full of artificial stuff, and any artificial sweetener will be criticized, but if it is keeping you on track, it's your choice that being said, I love diet soda had my first Diet Coke when it appeared over 30 years ago

The pickles, hmm yes the sodium content in them is pretty substantial, but you probably account for that with your other food choices. Maybe think of having a bottle of water for each pickle to compensate.

I think we all find our things to help us through. Mine is a skim milk, sugar free syrup lattes. My husband will have a 4 pack of sf jello. Sometimes you just want something and need a crutch to get through. I'll have a few olives or cornichons myself.
