Default Hello! Enchanted to meet you!
Hey everyone, I'm Tessa and I'm new here!

I have been struggling with my weight for 10ish years, which is basically all I can remember. I'm 22 and at my highest weight and it is my goal to kick my bad habits to the curb, increase my fitness, and achieve personal success by getting healthy and losing weight.

I hope I can find some good people to befriend and together we can encourage each other to never give up and to always be pushing towards our goals!

Yes, you said it all! Never give up! I have a friend who is very into clean eating and working out and she told me yesterday that starting is the hardest part. So here we are! Good luck on your journey!!!

Support has always been where I have been lacking. I just signed up today and am willing to give support as much as I want to receive it! Starting is the hardest and we are all taking the first step!
