Default Any low-carbers here that can help with a plateau?

My weight is no longer dropping and I believe this is the fourth week. I think my fat may be too low but I am eating all I can throughout the day. Are there other ways to get more fat in? Yesterday I only got 68g (110 goal) or protein in and 109g (183 goal) of fat. I consumed 1403 calories. Carbs were well under 20g. I do exercise 6 days a week. Last week I made some 'pudding' with heavy whipping cream and almond butter thinking that will increase my fat. Any tips would be appreciated!

I really don't want to do a fat fast but thought about intermittent fasting to break the plateau.

I posted in carb counters but no responses.

IMO, the best way to break a weight loss plateau is to UP your workout, for example do HIIT training to get your metabolism kick started again. Chances are your metabolism/body/brain has ADAPTED to your workout regime and it's currently not doing anything anymore. Sweat more and get your heart rate higher. Weight loss is inevitable after that! Good luck!

Calories are what count most for weight loss. I would suggest calculating your TDEE and go from there.
Try this calculator to start.

Just remember that you can't outrun a fork and that using a food scale for more accurate calorie counts is a must.

Also don't forget to measure yourself! It's common to lose inches and yet have your weight stall for days or weeks in my case.
