The scale is a tool. A tool that measures. A tool, that is only one of many, in a journey to a healthier lifestyle.
We need not be a slave to it, but I do think it should be consulted periodically, just for the data. But there are so many other ways to keep track of your progess and be accountable.
Workouts, can you do more, your shopping habits, more veg, fruit, lean protein, your health numbers and your Dr., and meds, or that you get to get off some, your clothing size, how you feel.
Really, it's just what ever works for you.
