There are a lot of good threads here, including diabetic threads. I'm in the "Grateful", "Christian Encouragers", & a couple of others. Just check around & post on a few to see which ones you want to settle into. We'd be glad to have you in the ones I've posted in!

Best of luck with your diet! I've heard of the SouthBeach Diet, but don't know anything about it.
