Default Keto Support?

Are there any small Keto support groups on here?
Thanks!

We could always start one here! I'm starting LC/HF along with the 100 day keto challenge over on Reddit

Well, the funny thing is once you get "into the groove" of keto you kind of don't really need support. Food stops being an issue because you haven't much of an appetite and a lot of people on LC/HF combine it with intermittent fasting. I generally eat one big meal, maybe a snack, my husband is the same. We've been keto for a year.

Hi! I would definitely like to see a meaningful ketosis thread on here. Three years ago, I tried Ideal Protein and lost 20lbs then switched to 'real food' with the Dukan Diet and lost another 25lbs... it was so L I B E R A T I N G

Ok.. so it's back now. All of it. But only because I didn't stick to the basic rule of 'giving my pancreas a rest' after eating a lot of carbohydrates. I'm just disappointed in myself. Onward and forward though!

This past summer, I gave high fat/low carb a try but could only manage to lose water weight soooo I'm looking to start again and doing keto in a hard way. I would love to discuss techniques, tips and recipe websites ie: http://paleogrubs.com/zucchini-pasta-recipes

For starters:
Can we rely on ketostix?
Anyone using an online food journal (like MyFitnessPal) to gauge carb count? What are your macros?
How important are calories when in ketosis?

I'd join a keto thread. Was on it strong for 5 months last year, got off during the holidays, and back on as of this week. I love this WOE.

I hope you all want to do this, I'm in if you do. I've just recommitted myself to this WOE and could use some buddies.....

Day one for me is going good. I weighed in at 175. Looking forward to my mini goal of 170.
