Well there it is folks. 175 pounds.

I guess I should be glad it isn't higher. 6 pounds gets me out of here and I gotta make it happen. Kinda sucks that Im starting on the week of Thanksgiving, but guess what? The party must go on. There's no way that Im going to allow myself to have a GAIN this week when I can at least attempt to lose and at the very LEAST, maintain. But in no way am I trying to GAIN any more weight, Thanksgiving or not!
So I am just about to start working shortly. I will probably work out at lunch time. I plan to update throughout the day so that I can get used to coming back on here and logging. I don't want to put it off to late night because I see when I do that, I forget to post ...so that's the plan!
8am - Green Tea
9am-Egg Nog (not my normal breakfast but whatever)
12am-Exercise: Insanity. Sipped on BCAAS afterward

1pm: My DIY Nutritional shake: Max Vibtance Greens, dark cherries, Organic whey)
2pm: pumpkin chia pudding Chicken breast patty with creamed spinach
4:30-chicken breast w/2tbsp cream spinach
8pm: large salad with egg, cheese and OPA ranch (most delicious ranch dressing )
10:00 -

2 dinner rolls (So I was sitting and thinking about a procedure I have to have done Tuesday, and all of a sudden I want something to eat. Cmon

this was totally my nerves because this was NOT true hunger! )
Promising myself I will do better tomorrow.
