Default Finding my way out of the 170's

Well look who's back! That's one heck of a break I took. I tried getting started on my weightless earlier this year and then BAM! Roadblock galore. Sheesh! Its been one **** of a year!!! Surgeries, hormone pills, and lots of weight gain . Its been rough and depressing..and I will just leave it at that. I could go on and on and on, but I won't. I'm still going through a lot but Im going to get up, dust myself off, and dig deep right now to get some control of my life here!

So... I'll weigh myself tomorrow but I know its in the high 170's. Feel like I'm starting from scratch but hey, that's ok. I have been bigger than this before (long ago) and got it off, so I just have to work hard and do it again! I am determined to get out of the 170's ASAP.

I would like to track my progress, food, exercise and all that jazz here to keep myself accountable. I can and will do this! Going over my exercise plans tonight. I have plenty of workout dvds and I also have a gym membership so I just gotta get er done!

Im excited. Its going down

Default 175.2 - Day 1

Well there it is folks. 175 pounds. I guess I should be glad it isn't higher. 6 pounds gets me out of here and I gotta make it happen. Kinda sucks that Im starting on the week of Thanksgiving, but guess what? The party must go on. There's no way that Im going to allow myself to have a GAIN this week when I can at least attempt to lose and at the very LEAST, maintain. But in no way am I trying to GAIN any more weight, Thanksgiving or not!


So I am just about to start working shortly. I will probably work out at lunch time. I plan to update throughout the day so that I can get used to coming back on here and logging. I don't want to put it off to late night because I see when I do that, I forget to post ...so that's the plan!


8am - Green Tea
9am-Egg Nog (not my normal breakfast but whatever)

12am-Exercise: Insanity. Sipped on BCAAS afterward Exercise Cals Burned: 412

1pm: My DIY Nutritional shake: Max Vibtance Greens, dark cherries, Organic whey)

2pm: pumpkin chia pudding Chicken breast patty with creamed spinach

4:30-chicken breast w/2tbsp cream spinach
8pm: large salad with egg, cheese and OPA ranch (most delicious ranch dressing )

10:00 - 2 dinner rolls (So I was sitting and thinking about a procedure I have to have done Tuesday, and all of a sudden I want something to eat. Cmon this was totally my nerves because this was NOT true hunger! )


Promising myself I will do better tomorrow.

Haven't weighed. Don't know if I will. I'm still in bed and need to get up and exercise! I swear those late night dinner rolls are sitting high in my belly! Gosh! What was I thinking !?!

So I guess I will go and get my workout over with and come back with today's meals and exercise.

Exercise: Plyometrics Insanity Video ((OMG, the man is nuts))

Had a procedure scheduled at 1pm. Had to eat beforehand and take pain medication, so had:

Nature Valley Granola bar & some egg nog. That coated by stomach really well.

It is now 445pm and I haven't eat again yet. I swear I still have indigestion from those darn rolls I ate last night. Ugh Im belching and it feels like a big lump is in my throat. Great.

Let's go figure out what to eat for dinner.

Dinner:Shrimp and fries

Soooo Thanksgiving is over. There are leftovers but I will not be eating anymore. Didn't have a lot but some of the food I had was too rich and my insides are paying for it. They feel raw and sore. I managed to do an Insanity workout today and am back on my exercise routine. I wanted to exercise on Thanksgiving but cooking took all my time.

Definitely want to "detox" from the starches and sugar. Just basically focus more on protein and veggies over the weekend to shrink my wheat belly.

Be back later today as it is 2:45am as I type !

Exercise: Pure Cardio Insanity video

Meals:
egg beaters and sausage
Protein shake with greens meal replacement pecan coco butter
Grilled chicken salad with Avacado dressing


It's late night and I just got in from a party. Im hungry but don't want to eat before sleep so I guess I better suck it up. It's 130am so I guess I can make it til breakfast in the morning. Focused on protein and veggies today. Yes, detoxing from the sugar.

Haven't exercised today I guess I'll have to do that around 6 or 7pm tonight. That really bites. Trying to get my energy UP in the evening is awful.. but...it HAS to be done!
