I just restarted my diet and exercise program. I dropped a few pounds then gained it back and now Im just stuck at this weight. The same 230 Ive weighed for the past year.
Since I have so much to lose I would think I'd drop a few pounds in the first few weeks.
i gained back half of what i lost a did a restart on saturday, kind of lol today is the first day i havent cheated at all though. hope you have some good luck in your next weigh day
