Hi Alison! Good to have you here! What about the Mediterranean Diet? Its main foods are plant-based foods: fruits, vegetables, legumes, grains, nuts and seeds. Welcome Allison! Hula hooping is a great exercise, so keep that up for sure! As far as diet, just watch the carbs and count your calories. I know as a vegetarian it can sometimes be easy to replace the meat with carbs, but as long as you eat lots of protein and veggies, you'll be good! Good luck!
