Good advice for a Happy Hump Day!

I'm off to town on errands - catch you all later!

I have my share of water Ruth, there's a ton of rain outside!

Off to go to Angus and meet up with my mom and grandma today. It's my Grandma's 79th birthday and I'm taking her out for lunch. Afterwards, I'm going to my brother's new house for a quick visit.

Been doing well at being OP, have had major temptations but I know I can do this!

Have a great day everyone

Post Another Fabulous Day

Good Morning Ladies,

Finally we have sunshine! It's been raining here for nearly 4 days on and off, I'm starting to get soggy. Continuing to have trouble eating all I should, I do not like breakfast, stomach still sleeping. But fighting to get it down everyday and so far day 3 on Atkins and 4 lbs so I guess I should just shoosh up and eat my eggs.

Another long day of work and going out berry picking tonight, to help friends cuz there's no way I'm bringing any home.

Once again have a great day everyone.

Tummy

Good Morning Everyone

Another rainy day here today too. Certainly is saving $ on watering the lawn

Tummy~ I dont usually eat breakfast until about 10ish, because Im not a breakfast person either. But I know that if I dont eat breakfast, I get too hungry later in the day.

Picked up some crafty stuff at walmart last night for dd and I to do at the store today.....help fill our days.

Ive done some brain storming about how to bring ppl into the store, and have taken some ideas from a company I used to managed in toronto, hopefully when I get it all together it will work. Finally but unfortunately the store next to us will be gone on the 15th of the month. Id love for her to stay, but at her reg. prices she's down to 60% off now, and she still has alot to get rid of

Thats about it from my small corner of the world. Have a great day everyone

Going to work on as much water and activity as I can squeeze in in one day. This sucks, eating so RIGHT for a month and not losing anything. Maybe today I'll kick my metabolism's butt!

Glad you have some sunshine, Tummy. We've had rain for almost every day the past month. What a mess. We've had some flooding in the area. Nothing catastrphic, but enough to cause a few problems. Enjoy the sunshine!

Pooky, maybe you and I should just pack up and go to Jamaica. I bet it's sunny there!

Tummy, could you start out with a little snack, and move to eggs later in the morning?

Good Morning all!

I would love that salmon patty Recipe too if you are sharing!

I am on my third day and feeling really good! Water is not somehting I have trouble with. I drank 96 oz yesterday! I also walked a mile for the first time in 3 weeks. It felt so good to exercise again. Of course my back hurt a bit, but I felt so good in every other way.

Strangely enough, I am not craving carbs other than potato chips. (TOM is due tmo) But since they arent in the house, I cant cave.

Well, off to do some stuff around the house! Have a great OP Day!

It was so nice to wake up to rain this morning after weeks of intense heat. My automatic sprinkler was on at the same time so I'm hoping everything got an extra good soaking. I was working in my front border for 4-1/2 hours yesterday and had to pull out two dead rhododendrons. Darn. Just too hot and dry for them I guess. I still have loads of weeding to do but today I'm taking a break. I even opted out of my swim session this morning because I'm still so tired from yesterday. Ruth, I just might have some weeding for you to do when you get here. LOL I'd hoped to have everything all ship-shape, but I'm way behind schedule now and still haven't started on the house cleaning. Promise you won't use the "white glove test" on my house.
Tomorrow I will be volunteering at the baby immunization clinic. It's so much fun to weigh and measure the little darlings. Some will gurgle and coo and try to grab our noses, and others start to scream the moment Mommy puts them on the scale.
I'm still OP and was down another pound and a bit this morning.

Oh LindaBC - don't be silly! Want me to bring you some Portuguese Water Dog dust "bunnies" so I feel at home? I'm really looking forward to seeing you and my DD and her kidlets! It seems a really long time since April!

Thanks anyhow, Ruth, but I seem to have more than my share of dust thingies without even owning a dog. Mine are the long stringlike things that only show up when company has arrived and you think you've cleaned thoroughly. I swear they know the most embarrassing moment to sudden appear hanging from a lightbulb or from lamp to picture frame. Same with our resident spiders. No indoor sightings of them for weeks until you hear a shriek from the guest room and one of them has decided to emerge and investigate the interloper.
