Default WW Plan from 1993-94

Help! Please! Desperately seeking Weight Watchers plan from 1993-1994. I have been attending WW for 6 weeks now. Strictly sticking to plan and only loosing .5 to 2 pounds per week. I have got 60 to loose and it should be falling off quicker in the beginning. I had great success with the older plan. I have spent hour after hour online trying to find this plan to purchase, but have had no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Sorry, but healthy weight loss is only .5 to 2 pounds a week so you are doing fine. You just need to set reasonable goals.

The points formula from back then is:

Points = calories/50 + fat grams/12 - fiber grams/4
(you can't subtract more than one point for fiber)

I seem to remember I got 20-25 points per day. And if you didn't eat all 25 points, you could save up to 10 points to use on a different day.

Step 1 which is week 1. I know this by heart. Milk...2 exchanges fat.....3 exchanges fruit.....2 exchanges veggies...3 or more exchanges protein...4-5 exchanges bread....5 to 6 weekly bonus....up to 700 calories. This is the 93-94 plan.

Skim milk is one cup and one exchange
Protein is 1 oz per exchange
Bread is one oz per exchange
Fruit is 1/2 cup per exchange or small piece of fruit
You can find exchange amounts on different websites
