Wink Hi All I'm Back at my gym again and eating Lean Healthy Choice PM's.

I have began working again after having had to take some time off during the early Fall season. I have begun to go to the gym after work which I have also taken up a notch and committed myself to working almost daily as compared to in the past only about 10 assignments per month. I have increased my vitamins , both AM and PM and also chunked up a tad using a new protein powder with soy milk, bananas, brown sugar, blueberries, art sweetner too. I drink 1/2 before my gym and 1/2 following my workout. I just feel sooooo much more energetic. Unfortunately my chest has had a tad of congestion lately. My back really aches by the time I get home from my gym workout and still must eat my Healthy Choice Fish Lean TV Dinners nightly. These keep my diet simple until my metabolism gets back on track. I have also added flax seed to my protein smoothy shakes and that ingredient really helps to cleanse my bowels and keep me light and energetic feeling. I also use fiber pills AM and PM and a dietary supplament at AM and mid day. Now I have taken the dosage up a notch and feel so energetic on 2 diet pills w/ hoodia and caffeine. They too help get my stools moving and all the old, unnecessary roughage out of my system. I feel so much better, and am losing about 2 Lbs per week, but w/ an increase in my walking or gym after my daily 8-4 job I think I shall lose weight even faster. Losing weight just feels so good. I finally feel as though I have a grip on my body again and am NOT going to let go until I drop to my goal weight of 155 Lbs. Ultimately I would like to get down to 150 and keep it there. Thats about a size 12 in dresses for me, and thats just about right for my 5'7 frame. If I expand my diet and weight loss ,"Comfort Zone" any wider in range I will face failure and ultimately low self esteem, and low energy probly too. I am trying to keep my energy up now as the weight is beginning to melt off of my hips and buttock area. This loss of fat, seems to take a tad of my energy along with it. If i end up a slightly-overweight, chunker, it's OK too. However, i would prefer to feel a tad of ribs over the pudgy love handles above them. Oh well, gotta go now. Zoom, zoom, zoom.....
