I am feeling so much gratitude for this site and just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to everyone involved in running the site and to everyone who comes here looking for and offering support.

On days when it feels like a struggle to remain committed to my goals, I can spend as much time "here" as I need to, reading posts by others facing the same challenges and getting much needed inspiration from others who have met their goals.

So, many thanks and big hugs to everyone!

Yes, it really helps me, too. I check in throughout the day to do a bit of reading to keep myself focused. It's good to have a place like this.
