I just found the update - well, at least you won't get the urge to eat red meat in England with the mad cow disease!!! Good luck in your efforts.

Thanks! Oh, but I don't eat red meat anyway, lol! I never did care for it.

More pictures will come soon. I've loast about 70 pounds so far, but still have a long way to go.

Wow! How did you do that (make a picture of a cow like that)! How cute - I think you have a lot to be proud of losing that much weight!! Congratulations on getting your treadmill - I just bought a used Life Fitness one and I love it. Let's hope they get that Mad Cow disease under control though - plus the hoof and mouth disease - how scary. Terrible for the European economy too.
