B V8, cheese stick, ff greek yogurt
S peanuts, cucumber
L smoothie thing (still working on this - not 100% sure I am doing it right - nsa protein mix, ice, cinnamon, spinach, splenda)
D chili, lettuce, tomato, avocado, dollop of ff greek yogurt and sour cream
S nsa fudge pop
mmmm fudge pop! I haven't had one of those in ages. You are making me think about making a version: Greek yogurt with NSA cocoa mix, freeze in freezer pop molds...
Yesterday:
Eh, wasn't so on-plan (defaulted to calorie-counting, so I was on *a* plan, just not SBD... in other words, not a free-for-all, which is my usual off plan).
Today Phase 2 (maybe 2.5? 'cause I just found out BEETS AREN'T ALLOWED IN PHASE 2. WHAAAT?! OK, I rarely eat them but I think they have lots of good things in them) - no grains but carrot, apple and beet in there.
B - coffee/us almond milk.
L - Veggie burger with tomatoes, wrapped in lettuce, with nsa ketchup, mustard and dill relish - DEE lish. Iced tea.
S - whole juice (= cold veggie puree but tastes so much better than that sounds!) from 1 cup kale, 1 carrot, ~ 1/4 of a beet, 1/2 a small apple, big sprig of mint, juice of 1/2 a lime and 1/2 a lemon.
other S - veggies with hummus, if I get to the store...
D - Grilled salmon with cauli-rice, tomato/cucumber salad
dessert - Greek yogurt - maybe a fudgesicle freezer pop if I make it
I DIDN'T eat my planned dinner last night. I just haven't been very hungry at the end of the day recently. for that. I had been struggling with a binge-y overeating bender for nearly a year.
I'm OK with not eating my planned dinners for now. I am trying ways of combating this line of reasoning: "If I can't stay exactly on my plan then it, I might as well just eat every off-plan item in sight..." Yep. That's where my mind has been going until recently.
Phase 2.
B - coffee/us almond milk. 2 hard-boiled eggs. Veggie juice.
L - YES! - I have everything for my fave Weekend Glow Kale Salad ('cept I have to use sprouted sunflower seeds for the hemp seeds). Iced tea.
S - hummus with broccoli.
D - (trying again) Grilled salmon with cauli-rice, tomato/cucumber salad
dessert - Greek yogurt with blueberries.

Reason: add phase
I'm very curious, what is chicken "wing" salad? If its what I think it is it sounds awesome!
Chicken wing salad IS awesome!
Its chicken breast marinated in hot sauce, cooked, diced and thrown in to a salad with all the fixin's (romaine, bell pepper, cucumber, onions, tomatoes, and whatever veggies you like) tossed with ranch.... its my new favourite salad, highly recommend
