Default Coco Lite

I realize that these Coco Lite's are probably not completely PH2 approved but they seem to be ok, perhaps not for every day. I noted even in the SBD diet bars etc. there seem to be ingredients that would be questionable.

These are so low in fat and calories and I think they could make great little "pizzas" or a base for eggs etc.

Any thoughts or anyone eating these with no negative results?

Thanks!

Can't get them in Canada but they look OK.

There are 15 pieces in a bag and a bag costs $36.00? Too pricey for me.

I eat these practically every day, they are a regular part of my diet. They are great with Laughing Cow, peanut butter, or hummus, and make a great carrier for chickpea and egg salads. I've never tried them as a pizza, but I do know they soften up when you heat them, so I'm not sure that would work well.

BTW, Ruth, I get them for $1.99 in most stores near me.

I got the $36.00 from clicking on the link. $1.99 would be a heck of a lot better. I must get some next time I venture south.

Thanks for the responses. Glad to find someone else that eats them. It's so difficult to find products that have none of the "avoid" ingredients! I realize these aren't perfect as they have wheat flour instead of whole wheat flour but they are so low calorie for so much that they seem like a good part of my diet.

Appreciate the feedback!
