Hello everyone!
I am a mother of 3 and I started getting back into shape just today. After having my third child 2 years ago, I put on about 50 kilos and now it's time for me to get back on track and do something about it!!
I have just signed up for the gym and am currently on Optifast meal replacements, so let's see how I go!
I am glad I discovered this forum as it will encourage me even more through my journey
