Newbie
Hi. I am Brandy, mom to four boys, ages 10, 4, 2, and 8 months. I am using the new year to kick me in the butt to get into shape and lose the excess weight I have kept from 3 pregnancies and breastfeeding for the past 5 years. I am hovering around 235 right now, which is the heaviest I have ever been. It even hurts to type that. lol. My longterm goal is 120, but I will adjust that based on how I look and feel. All I for sure know is that I can't go on the way I am. I feel terrible and it is impacting my boys. I want to be able to run and play with them without having to sit down to rest. Here's hoping for a great, productive year.
