Unhappy Jumping back on the wagon...
I've been "off" the wagon since early August. Have gained about 10 pounds back and am not feeling great. Time to get back on track and continue my weight loss journey but am finding it hard to get motivated this time around

We all fall off from time to time but there is always someone here to give you a hand and pull you back on!
