Default First alternative order

I have been using only pure protein bars and shakes. They work but I am interested in ordering (and using) from some of the alternatives from Nashua or linden(not sure if that is correct) anyway I was wondering what experienced one would suggest for someone's first order? The must haves if you will.
Thanks in advance!!

I don't have any alternative info for you bluejewel: But I love your quote: Obsessed is a word the lazy use to describe the dedicated. It will make me secretly smile the next time my DH calls me obsessed from his permanent spot on the couch!

Most people who start using alternatives find it very important to spend a lot of time reading the alternative products threads and taking notes based on what others recommend that coincide with things you like!

It would be kind of hard to just start naming products for you to try without any idea of what things you are looking for (shakes, puddings, soups, bars, etc) your own research of the threads will be more useful.

Also you need to know the exact parameters of what nutrition stats are comparable to IP unrestricteds and restricteds. There is a great chart by Amberjules that you can print with exactly what parameters to look for. I am on my phone so can't post the link to it or to the threads but hopefully SOMEONE can do so for you!

With a little research and note taking you will have a customized list of ideas for your first order - HAVE FUN!!!
