A very full bowl of food!!! I cannot believe how much puree you get out of 2 cups of cauliflower! I added it to my soup and there is no way I can finish this in one sitting! This can carry over to go with dinner tonight HOT DIGITY DOG!

I LOVE the IP Cheddar Broccoli Soup ... it's one of my staples. Great mixed with broccoli or cauliflower!

I am slowly doing some suggestions and this is so good. I did not puree till smooth (I like the chunky bits) but it bulks up the soup so well! I see no hunger until dinner tonight which is good, cause I have a tendency to stray into the cupboards and want to taste, lick and nibble something that is a NONO! I can eat this type of soup every afternoon to tide me over!

I love doing this! I like making Liz's puree recipes but I find I don't always have the time for all those ingredients. Quick fix - steam 2 cups of broc or cauliflower or both, puree quickly, and add to soup! I'm doing it tonight so I can bring to work tomorrow for my lunch.
