Hey everyone. I am a 26 year old female ready to change. I am 5 feet 11 inches tall and weigh 300 lbs. My long term goal is 199 but right now my short term goal is 250. I've started going to the gym and eating better. I'm hoping this community will help me keep myself motivated.
