Angry Ive Done It....ive Reached My Goal Weight

I reached my goal weight today at my WW weigh in....I am chuffed to bits, I have lost 15lbs in 16 weeks I found out yesterday that I have to have 2 opearations in the next couple of months and so losing this stone will REALLY help me I think that WW is the best thing ever and I found the point system really good for me.

Congrats, foxpot! I reached my goal weight Monday at weight watchers...I started in January of this year and have lost 51.2 pounds. I have gone from a tight size 18 to a loose size 10. Aren't they right when they say, "Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels."? It can be done if you work within your points!

Many congratulations! Just remember, you are human and humans do fail. Do not let it discourage you when you put on a lb or two (I guess you call them stones). Just know that you can be the person you want to be and buckle down and get the lb back off. Again, that is terrific!

Thanks to all of you for your kind words, they are MUCH appreciated....I am due to have to operations on my knee in the next month and I am wondering how to keep the weight off while unable to exercise?
