Default Here I go again!

Well, back again..... I had actually tried WW recently...and was THRILLED to be able to eat 'real food' and for me that is breads, cereal, pasta...of course all within the points they give and measured /weighed etc... but wow...what a break. I gave it 7 weeks...... first week went down 2.1 ! I was sure this was the answer to my prayers.. each week after that I went up by like .4... though not much each week that went by with an increase was heart breaking... After I had such success on IP and the protocol I have decided to come back to what I know...... and try again to lose the 20 I have gained, since my beginners first big loss. Though IP products are wayyyy out of budget now.. OMG they have jumped! Protidiet is my alternative, but I found out sadly that proteinwell.ca is now 'under construction' ??? wth? hmmm too bad for us Canadians.....now have to order via usa, but still saving like 60$ an order. I will go one day at a time and give it all I got... 50th bday coming up in Jan.....I want to be 50 and FAB, not 50 and FAT hahah great to be back!

Welcome back! I too tried WW but find IP a better program for me. There are enough alternatives in the market that make it more affordable

hey wb....
i found that WW is a slow paced weight loss, it works as well...but of course this works way better, keeps more motivated.....this program seems to be getting easier and easier to follow as i get into more days of it

GL finding what you in need in the mother land

What is the protidiet? Are the products similar and cheaper? Are you doing it on your own with those products and following the IP plan? Sorry for all the questions but I just started and I realize the products are very expensive and I'm not sure how long I will be able to swing it and am also looking for an alternative in the future..

Hey there! Yes I am following the IP protocol and using Protidiet products. Are you located in the US or Cda? Instead of 28$ (approx) a box I am paying 12.50 a box or so.

How do you like the food compared to IP's? Do you have any favorites, recommendations?
