I was wondering if there are any alternative meal/snack bars that are available as an unrestricted option. Most seem to be restricted....having a hard time finding one that isn't...thanks!

This would have been a great question for already established alternative thread.

Although some people have used a couple of the lowest calorie/carb quest bars as unrestricted, at 160 cals, they don't compare to an 80-100 cal IP unrestricted packet. Most of these folks have shared they ended up backing off on number of bars due to slower weight losses. You might be able to get away with it at first when you have more weight to lose.

All IP bars are restricted.
I'd just plan on counting all others as restricted, as well.

I like the Vanilla wafers.. all bars to me are restricted.. just the way the balls rolls for me
