I've only been home a couple of hours. This year's ARD was wonderful. I am so inspired. I've been naughty for the past few months. This is just what I needed to kick start my new lifestyle change. I'm really looking for some support to help keep me on the right track. I hope someone out there can help me.

Welcome. ARD's and Rallies are inspiring. There are a lot of great people of this board, and we try to keep each other inspired. Tell us a little about yourself and join in our monthly weigh-ins. I lose very slowly and am trying to see how long that I can go without gaining. I listened to some of our more successful members at our rally and thought "if they can do it, why can't I?" I think a lot of it is enthusiasm. One of our state queens said that she looked forward to her TOPS meeting and that she could hardly wait until it was time for it each week. Her success came from wanting that weight loss and working each week to achieve her goal. She really inspired me.
Cheryl, keep coming back. We are all here for support. Like nita said, that are awesome. I would have to also agree, if those people can do it, we can too.
