Please I am on my way out to buy my week 1 supplied ,I want to star tomorrow, no more waiting for the perfect monday, but I am not sure if I can have this as a shake.. I want to do just shake for now.
Thank you Leannekarella ... I was just confuse because the fat is higher than the IP shakes.
The protocol say 1 to 2 teaspoon of oil olive, should I avoid the oil because the fat in mine shakes is going to be high, that the Ip ones.
No you should not skip the olive oil - they are two different kinds of fats and you need the good fats in the food oil.
The calories you listed are also a bit higher than the IP shakes, but if you only plan on using the shake until you can get IP supplies from the clinic it shouldn't make much of a difference.
NO realy I am planing to do it just whit this shakes but the bottle has 14 oz , so I paning to do 8 Oz which give me :
Amount Per Serving 14 oz 8 oz
Calories 170.00 97
Calories from Fat 50.00 28
Total Fat 6.00 g 9% 3.5
Saturated Fat 1.50 g 7%
Trans Fat 0.00 g
Cholesterol 20.00 mg 7% 11
Total Carbohydrate 6.00 g 2% 3.5
Sugars 2.00 g 1.5
Protein 25.00 g 0% 14
Dietary Fiber 3.00 g 12%
Sodium 390.00 mg 16% 222
Potassium 475.00 mg 271
What do you think?
just because you make the portion smaller does not mean everything will scale down in accordance, you may get the full amount of fat while only getting a portion of the potassium or protein or sodium, etc you have to remember this

Because you can't guarantee everything will be evenly distributed when you break up a pre-packaged portion. Most likely you would have a near-even split if you mix the shake well before dividing it up, but there's always a chance things will be out of balance.
Isn't this a pre-mixed shake?
It will work fine if it is already in the bottle (versus a dry mix)
I saw "serving size 1 bottle" in your post.
I also saw in another post that it is a 14 oz bottle.
You CAN just have 8 oz, and as long as all your mathematical calculations are correct, you are good-to-go!
