Question PMS worse when dieting? (please just women)

I have been lashing out to randomly for like 2 minutes only, bloating to the extreme, mild acne break out after my skin was just clearing up (Actually this one is normal), and my anemia (That I get with every upcoming period-and on it) is worse-I am so dizzy and weak. Is anyone else finding their PMS is worse on their diet? I have been on birth control before-last time I was on a diet-so I am going to ask my psychiatrist for them again next visit. Then when I am done with my diet I will stop them.

It's hard to say, because I just feel like my PMS is getting worse as I get older. I'm curious about what others have to say.

I'm 37...so I'm not a spring chicken...I'm more like a late summer chicken...anyway...

I've only had two bouts of PMS since I changed my eating. They were never that bad before (they weren't a picnic either). This last time I was 2 weeks late...and I'm never late. It'll be interesting to see what the next round is like.

LOL Missy, I'm 37 too. I never called myself a late summer chicken before but maybe I will now!

I have read a lot here on 3FC that weightloss releases a lot of estrogen hormones that are stored in our fat cells. There are a lot of threads about it in the Ideal Protein section but it would apply to any diet program I think.
