Default Phase 3 Dairy question.

I will be starting to phase off this week and I am trying to prepare myself for the confusion of phase 3 breakfast. My problem is I do not like any dairy...that means no cheese, yogurt, milk etc.....how will this play into me getting what I need in phase 3?

Check out the phase 3 recipe threads. You can try some of the recipes where the dairy is in the item. Try the bread pudding and ricotta pancakes. I'm sure there are others, both those are the 2 that come to mind. I only did 1 week of phase 3 to break a stall, so I didn't get to try out very many of the recipes. All of the one's I did try were very good.

You can use almond or soy milk in place of regular milk, or as ragdoll suggested you can use dairy in a recipe if the taste is the issue.

OMG, I feel the same way, I actually just dont do Dairy.
I'm supposed to start 3 on wednesday. I'm getting freaked out at
all the food I'll be eating in the morning. Trying to find a simple menu.

I WI tuesday so I'll ask more questions at my clinic. I've hit goal at
home scale so I know my coach is gonna definetly want me to start
Phase 3. gonna check the phase 3 threads too.

My sheet says something about a IP shake for phases 3 & 4, so Im
gonna ask about that too. I'm also on time crunches in the morning.
I'll have to do more prep at night, ugh! guess its only 2 weeks, one day at
a time!
Ok good luck,
ttyl

DRegan: Thanks, any info you can get from your coach will be greatly appreciated. I wasn't sure about the drinks in phase 3 either. I am going to my clinic tonight but my coach is pretty useless. I have been getting most of my info on this board, otherwise I don't think I would have been very successful. I have not made goal but I need to phase off as I am so hungry and even feel lightheaded and ready to pass out from lack of calories. I am grateful to lose the 14 pound I did lose on the program but will need to be careful not to overdo it now that I am phasing off.
