Default 8 down, 10 more to go!
My first goal was ten pounds, and I'm already at 8 pounds lost. So 2 more pounds to my first goal. And after that, ten more pounds to my second goal.

As I lose weight, I notice I have a fear that I'm not sure if I can keep it off. My metabolism completely crashed on me and caused quite a bit of gain. I can't imagine it getting lower... but what if it does and I blow up again?
