Default What would you ask a dietician?

I have an appointment with a dietician for the first time this morning. I don't know what to expect, but I'm excited to go see her.
Just looking for ideas/inspiration: what would you ask a dietician?

I saw your question earlier, and it jogged my brain to start thinking about what I would ask if I had that opportunity as well. I don't know! I think I would fill her in on what I DO eat. What the lifestyle is like. What we keep in our home to eat and our typical meals would be what I bring to the table. As a family we have a certain routine of things we eat during the week, and I don't want to uproot our entire way of eating, but I want to bring more health to it more and more each week. SO I believe I would ask her how to make each meal I already prepare more healthy and add more things into it and heed her advice on things like that.
