Default Confessions anyone?

I live 2 doors down from a gas station and would drive there when I needed something other than gas. Now I walk!

Anyone else want to share a confession?

Good confessions or bad ones?

I confess that I headed out last night to just do a power walk, since I'd run the 2 days before, but I was listening to fast Irish music and couldn't help myself and I ended up running my fastest 2 miles ever!

Oh yeah, the driving for me too; I used to drive to work which was only about 5 blocks away or so. We moved and I'm a SAHM now so I don't do that anymore

I started working out about eight weeks ago. About a week ago I was walking naked in my bathroom and saw my legs in the full length mirror. Now, I spend a good ten minutes a morning just looking at them. Apparently that is where I losing all my weight and where I am gaining all my muscle....they look GREAT! I just can't tell my husband why I suddenly am getting up so early and spending so much time in the bathroom now. I know he thinks the worst.

My landlord just informed us he "gave the house back to the bank" so I'm freaking out and really wanting chocolate. We have no idea what is going to happen, but I know chocolate won't get off my mind.

I'll share some good confessions.

Instead of taking the shuttle/bus to class, I walk allll the way up and over my campus's big hill! And instead of trying to go around the hill, I just go over it!

And, I secretly really really love going to the gym and weight lifting, even though I'm the heaviest person and one of the only women there. I don't care - I'm improving, getting stronger, and learning to be proud of what my body can do!

that's scary SweetAsCanBe
I hope it works out for you and I hope that by posting your confession, you are less likely to eat over all that
GOOD LUCK and thank you for sharing~~
Your landlord sounds like a real #)$*# by the way, he could of given more warning and if you have the means, I'd get an attorney or some legal advice ASAP

Oh I could go on for days on how crappy my landlord is. We don't have the finances to move or consult an attorney. My husband lost his job last year and that put a huge burden on us. Then our car broke down. Transmission just decided it was done. We stayed with family for a few months when my husband found a new job and we found this house within walking distance to work, school, and the little market here. It has been a major bumpy ride since we moved in here. But we used every spare penny we had to move in and still catching up. Heck, I only have internet cause it was free thru the winter for a promotion.

I do confess, I gave in to my urge. But, I only allowed myself 2 small squares of dark chocolate. Then I went for a walk.

I will admit I'm really lazy in the winter so no walks outside for this chick!

But when it's warm out, the gas station from my house is about a 15 minute walk. If somebody wants something small (like lotto tickets or a couple drinks), I'll just walk.

My campus for college is in the middle of downtown. We have one parking garage attached to school and then we have the option of parking at a garage that's about a 5 minute walk. When it was warmer out, I always opted to walk. It's not that bad and I love being outside anyways so it works to my advantage.

I also ate about 9 thin mints yesterday because I was irritated with work. I went to the gym and made sure I burned them off though!

I wish I could live alone for a couple of months so I could completely control the food I buy/when I can workout in front of the TV/no pressure to order takeout or eat dessert

Buuutttt...I live with a great guy...oh well. :P

This is not so much a confession as just something i think is plain weird about myself. When i try a new food that i think might fit into my diet, i am actually DISAPPOINTED when it tastes really good. I try to find foods that taste good, but not TOO good, because then i will overeat them. That's pretty weird, isn't it?!
