I know plenty of women who have done this diet with success and continue maintaining on it comfortably - or even several who lost a different way but use JUDDD as a maintenance strategy. They aren't on this forum, though. I recommend googling JUDDD - the first forum that pops up would be where all the alternate day dieters I know are residing (there just aren't many around these parts, unfortunately).
It can be an excellent plan, as are any of the fasting and semi-fasting plans. But they do require adherence to the rules and calorie budgets to work.
