The last 7 days have been good ones. I'm going to continue working hard on my goal of sticking to my WW program, remaining OP and trying to get in some exercise.

Did good last round until last night, I over ate at dinner.
My daughter is having a bridal shower next sunday. I am going to try my best and row full speed for the next 10 days!

Used a few extra WW points yesterday but I knew it ahead of time. Still dry and in control.

Okay so I recently quit ideal protein, it helped me lose 60 pounds but it was so expensive and strict. I was really not feeling like myself on it. I am really enjoying the larger variety of food available to me now. I am doing protein shakes and fresh veggies for two meals and a healthy supper as well as a preportioned snack. I am also using my fitness pal which I am loving. My big goal for the next ten days is to not totally lose it and go off the deep end, staying within my calories and on my new plan will be a big victory in ten days.

I've been doing okay, glad to say I stayed high and dry in the last segment even though I don't seem to have enough time to post daily.

My plan for the next ten days is to stick with my WW points, make sure I track to at least 64 oz of water daily, keep doing kickboxing 4-5 times weekly, longer cardio sessions on weekdays, and add back in a short yoga session before bedtime.

I did my kickboxing session for today. Off to make some decaf... I've really been slacking on the beverages.

I got splashed yesterday but still have lots of extra points left. Today should be dry though.
