I'm not sure that everyone gets bad breathe in ketosis. You may notice that you have a strange metallic taste in your mouth and that is also a sign of ketosis.
The phase I sheet from July 2012 says phase I until 100% weight loss is achieved. The 80% was from older phase I sheets.
Each center sells the products differently. Some only sell full boxes and some sell individual packets.

You add the extra water if drinking tea or coffee that has caffeine in it. Check the box of smoothe move tea and see if it says caffeine free on it.
