Default 32lbs lost...should I treat myself or wait?

Hey guys it's been a while! hope you are all doing well and still on plan.
I've been alright I've been hanging in there. Today was really rough (not so much diet related but just drama and life)

So heres my question... I've lost 32lbs and before I started my journey I never imagined I would be able to lose anything... I really haven't patted myself on the back for my effort and courage.

So I'll cut to the chase.... I wanted to treat myself to a piercing once I lost a lot of weight. But I have the money for it now so I was wondering...do you think I should treat myself for 32lbs? Or wait till I get to 50lbs or 100lbs? Which I AM determined to do.

Thoughts?

32 pounds definitely sounds to me like enough for a nice treat! I say go for it and have another treat at 50 pound!!

The fact that you're even asking this means you know the answer... Reward yourself for every single 1lb if that's what it takes. Definitely go for it! It'll always be a reminder of your success so far, too. Very motivational

Do it do it do it

rewards are a tool - so whatever keeps you motivated, do it. If that's a reward right now, then go ahead, or if you want to challenge yourself to lose another few pounds first, then that is fine too.

Congrats on the 32 lbs, that a great accomplishment however you choose to celebrate it!

I have "treats"/rewards for each 5 lbs. lost. I get a bigger prize for reaching each 25 lb. mark. I got a new purse with matching wallet for my 25 lb. mark. I saw one I really liked eBay. Everytime I look at it, I know that it's a concrete proof of my success. I kinda smile about it.
I say, "Yes to the treat/reward. Keep it something you can say, "I got this because I lost 32 lbs!" Also make sure it's not sweets/goodies. Congrats on the loss!!

THAT exactly!

Why don't you get yourself a little treat and plan something special for the big 50 and 100?

I am getting a new piercing at my halfway point and a tat at the end. Between I have gotten little things, like new jewelry for the piercing! Reward yourself!
