S/C/G: maintaining

Default

egg substitute
thin green beans, fresh and/or frozen, for green bean fries
cheese

I try to have some meal made and frozen as a "go to" as well. I used to have lots of colored peppers and cherry tomatoes but they make my throat itchy and I cut them out when I thought I had reflux. They were a great snack to pack in the car.

And I must have decaf flavored tea - not a food but it gets me through.
