I haven’t lost anything in 2 weeks

so I am trying to make some changes and figure out what might be holding me back. This past week, I cut down significantly on my weekly flex points, using less than half as compared to all of them over the past few weeks. Still, no change on the scale this morning.
Now I am thinking I will try to cut back on dairy. I have noticed I am consuming quite a bit because it has been easy to get protein with little fat from skim milk, fat free yogurt, cottage cheese, etc.
This is where you all come in…can you make some suggestions for good dairy free snack ideas? Nothing to carbohydrate heavy as I have significantly cut back on that as well…. Thanks in advance for your help!
