May 8 -3# A good start. Just have to keep it up

May 22 missed meeting because of work
May 29 +2.5# That leaves me with a 4.5# loss for the month.
I'M READY TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN. ONLY MYSELF CAN BE RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT I PUT IN MY MOUTH. I HAVE NO ONE TO BLAME BUT MYSELF FOR THE WEIGHT THAT I HAVE ON MY BODY. I'M READY FOR A THINNER, HEALTHER, AND PHYSICAL NEW ME. I HAVE 8 MONTHS TO LOSE 64 POUNDS. IT'S NOT GOING TO BE EASY, BUT I'M STARTING TO LEARN THE THINGS WORTH HAVING AREN'T EASY. THERE ARE MANY THINGS THAT I NEED TO WORK ON IN MY LIFE, BUT IT'S GOTTA COME FROM ME. THAT WILL MEAN I HAVE 2 POUNDS A WEEK. I'M GOING TO TAKE THIS IN GOALS OF ONE DAY AT A TIME, AND 4 POUNDS AT A TIME. SO HERE GOES. I CAN DO THIS. I CAN HAVE SOME SORT OF LOSS OR TURTLE EVERY WEEK FOR THE NEXT 8 MONTHS, BUT IT WON'T HAPPEN IF I KEEP COMING HOME AND BINGE EATING, AND GETTING SICK DURNING THE NIGHT. OK, I'M DONE WITH THIS, THIS WASN'T TO BE A POST, JUST A MAY WEIGH IN RIGHT.

MAY 12+.75 What a weigh to start this month. that's 2.25 pounds gain so far. Getting no where fast.
Only i can make this happen.

MAY 26 No weigh in I guess, Holiday.

I didn't do well last month, in fact I did terrible!!! But this is a new month! I did not get to weigh in tonight, but my scales show a loss. May 1 - no weigh in for me.May 8 - -1.5 May 15 - Turtled! Sounds like an excuse but I really feel like I have retained water this week...will try harder next week! May 22, - :-1.5# Didn't reach goal, but 3 pounds closer than at the first of the month. Will try harder next month. May 29 - probably will not weigh in - family reunion starting Friday at our lake place.
I plan to reach goal by the end of the month!!!!!:lol
Count me in. I got a certificate of Merit from Tops last night for winning Division 3 in our group for lossing 19 3/4 last year. Time to get going again.
May 6 - stayed the same
May 13 - gained 3/4lb
May 20 - missed meeting because I was helping dh. I think I gained though. Need some motivation.
