Hello Everyone!! This is day one for me too, both on Atkins and on 3fatchicks...feeling a bit apprehensive because i am not used to eating meat, let alone such large quantities of it...psychosomatic thing, really ... always had sneaking suspicion that meat and fat = bad things

but am willing to give it a try...wedding is in three months and would love to have dropped 25 lbs by then... every bride-to-be's dilemma!!!! Any advice on sticking to this, getting thru the sugar cravings and what to expect on the road ahead would be much appreciated!
Goals 4me:
May 2 - 170 lbs
May 31 - 160 lbs
June 30 - 150 lbs
July 26 (w-day!) - 145 lbs
