Whoa! Looks like we all bailed on the last leg.
I'm set to restart my goals on this leg:
1. Stick like glue to my WW program.
2. Review a portion of the program daily. (New WW eTools format. I like it!)
3. Exercise every other day. .

I need to drink 6 12oz waters a day.
I need to stay under 1400 calories of clean food.
I need to avoid picking up a snack when I give the kids a snack.
I need to exercise every other day at least.

Day one was okay. I had to use just a few of my allotted extra points. So I consider myself dry but need to row harder. I DID exercise!

I was so far out in the water I couldn't see the boat. I'll spend the rest of this segment working my way back OP, then I'm going to succeed with the next one.

I've been very well behaved in the food department but am still not exercising - my mission for this week.
