Have a protein shake
Have a bowl of low calorie soup (I like miso)
Exercise
Read a book
Knit
Go for a walk
Call a friend
...
Do anything that will make you feel fuller and distract you without loading up on calories.

Awe BleuMaus could it be TGiving day anxiey? Wow, maybe eat in moderation tomorrow -maybe your body needs these extra calories. I'm sending you some support.
I make myself a big pot of tea, slide on over to a video game and murder zombies. Before I know it, those bad cravings for Wendy's/Arby's/KFC/Chocolate, whatever is gone.
There are many great suggestions here for warding off cravings. I am sending you support, I understand how hard it can be at times to stick to the plan when you just really want to eat.
Possible TMI but do you get this feeling every month? Without fail 13 days before my period it seems I'm starving and could eat everything in the house and not get full
Went out of town for the holiday, mother keeps offering us junk food when she knows we don't eat it. Other family members don't necessarily know, but mother does.
Self control is hard, it's you against yourself.
